Stephanie Merkley

 Experience the relaxing and restorative benefits of massage with Stephanie. Her Services include Swedish Massage, Massage in the Salt Cave and Warm Salt Stone Massage.   

Stephanie has been a practicing Registered Massage Therapist for over 16 years working in the field of rehabilitation and health care helping her clients improve and maintain their optimal wellness.  Stephanie graduated from the 2200 hour massage therapy program at Kikkawa College in 2001.  She has extensive experience in treatment of a wide variety of conditions and is continuing her journey in the field of alternative natural therapies.  She is a Certified Aromatherapist. Aromatherapy uses natural plant based therapies to help heal the mind, body & spirit. She also completed a cupping certification. She is passionate about supporting the Alzheimer's Society and The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (AFTD) and participates in the Walk for Memories in Toronto annually.  Stephanie is inspired every day by her husband Pat and amazing children, Devin & Cohan.

Aras Petrauskas

  Aras has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2012, and is a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching clinic in Toronto. Aras has experience treating a broad spectrum of clients and seeks to personalize each treatment relative to individual treatment goals. He has worked at a MVA focused clinic specializing in the treatment of complex neurological presentations, and has worked with relatively healthy individuals as well as athletes trying to maintain and optimize their good health.

Aras is passionate about a holistic perspective on healthcare which seeks to identify and address causes of disease at their root, and is pursuing continued education as a Certified Nutrition Practitioner while educating himself about other health promoting modalities.

Aras grew up in the city but has since moved to Caledon where he lives in an old schoolhouse with his spouse, dog, rabbit, and three chickens. Aras Enjoys working with his hands and is an amateur woodworking hobbyist in his spare time. Also a lifelong basketball fan, Aras tries to play as often as he can.
 

Kristina Di Biase

Kristina by nature is an athletic and sports rehabilitation therapist. She enjoys aiding in a variety of injuries and maintaining a proactive health care with her clients. She has been drawn to athletic rehabilitation since growing up in competitive sports. Kristina was a national level competitive swimmer for 12 years and coached novice level swimmers for another 10 years. After high school, she studied Kinesiology at York University and furthered her education at Kikkawa College for massage therapy. She has been treating in a clinic setting ever since completing her registration in 2007.

Since 2007, Kristina has continued her education through courses, seminars and out reach programs. Her areas of expertise are, but not limited to; pre- and post-event massages for athletes, pre- and post-natal treatments, hot stone, lymphatic drainage reflexology and aromatherapy.

This career path has been fulfilling her need to help, heal and educate her peers on being proactive through health and wellness. Her foundation is that the body is a very resilient structure and using natural forms of rehabilitation can alleviate many issues with commitment and practice.

Maria Romano

 A graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, Maria also trained in sports massage, aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage, pre- and post-natal treatments and hot stone massage. Her approach involves stretching and deep-tissue techniques with an equal focus on relaxation, striving to make every session feel like an escape to a holistic retreat. Maria uses her knowledge of human anatomy and mastery of manual techniques to help clients recover from injury while helping them become more body aware in order to avoid injury in the future.
