Facility Etiquette
We have a robed policy for facials, massage and body treatments. Your experience will begin with a plush robe and complimentary spa slippers. We ask that all cell phones be silenced prior to treatment times. Complimentary lockers are provided for all personal belongings.
Reservations and Cancellations
At the time of booking, we will require a Credit Card number to hold your reservation. Should you need to cancel your appointments before the cancellation policy deadline, no payment will be required. In the event a cancellation takes place with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% service fee of the service booked will apply. Please note, gift certificates cannot be used to pay late or no-show fees.
For all reservations, we are only able to reserve appointments 2 months in advance. If you have a large group (6 or more) and require more than 2 months notice, please contact our Guest Relations Front Desk, at 905-951-7258.
It is very rare that we would need to cancel any appointments for unforeseen circumstances and we understand it is extremely disappointing to not have the treatment you requested. Staff will make every effort in finding an alternative time in the day or during your stay with another therapist, sometimes involving a slightly different Treatment. We appreciate our guests for being so patient during these unforeseen circumstances. Currently if there is a cancellation on our part and you cannot be accommodated, there will be no cancellation fee applied.
For parties of 6 or more:
Should you cancel within 1 week of your appointment, a 25% charge will be redeemed for each member of the group. Within 48 hours a 50% charge will be redeemed for each member of the group. A “no show” for a group appointment will result in a 100% non-refundable payment for the entire group’s treatments.
In fairness to all of our guests, there will be no exceptions to this policy.
Late Arrivals and Ultimate Relaxation
We suggest you arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before your appointment time to complete any intake forms required so you do not cut into your allotted time. Please understand that your treatment will end within the original appointment timeframe so the next guest will not be inconvenienced. To enjoy ultimate relaxation, we ask that you do not use your cell phone while in the facility so as not to disturb guests around you.
Children
We do not allow infants, toddlers or children to accompany you in the room during any service appointments, excluding the Salt Cave Experience. Unfortunately, children can be disruptive to other guests and cannot be left unattended. Please ensure to arrange childcare services prior to your appointment. You must be 18 and up to reserve an appointment. If you are 18 and under, parental consent is needed for appointments.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may be purchased for a dollar amount or for a particular service of your choice. Gift Certificates are worth the dollar value that was placed on them at the time of purchase; should you wish to suggest a spa service instead of stating the dollar value, please note that this is a recommendation only. Should your guest choose a different spa service, there may be a price adjustment accordingly, or should your guest redeem their gift certificate after a price increase, there may be a small amount owed by the guest for the suggested service.
All Gift Certificates issued from Salt Cave Bolton contain a Gift Certificate number that will be redeemed once used by a guest. Gift Certificates are strictly non-refundable, but may be used toward any service, class or product in the facility. Salt Cave is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
