What age is recommended to enjoy a Salt Cave session?

Anyone over the age of 4 months old can enjoy the benefits of salt therapy.

What should I wear during my Salt Cave session?

Comfortable street-wear is recommended. The Salt Cave is 19° C so we provide blankets and herbal tea for a comfortable session. Being bare foot in the salt cave is recommended however we do provide facility slippers at no additional cost.

What should I wear during my sauna session?

We provide robes, spa wraps and towels for use during your session. Sessions are private, dress according to your comfort level.

What should I wear during my float session?

Our float pod is suitable for one guest at a time. Sessions are private; bathing suits are recommended but not required.

How often is the float pod cleaned?

Showers and all contact points are sanitized after every session. Fresh linens are replaced after every guest. The float pod goes through a 20-point filtration system after each guest which runs for a minimum of 30 minutes. UV sterilization with Blue light accompanies the 20-point filtration.

Do you bill insurance directly?

No. Payment is required at the time of service. All necessary insurance information will be provided on your receipt.
