Sarah embarked on her journey to becoming a Holistic Therapist in 2002 and has certified in many modalities including; Massage, Aromatherapy, Angelic & Usui Reiki, Reflexology, Hot Stone Therapy and Applied Nutrition. She has garnered a wealth of knowledge and experience from not only working in some of the most prestigious spas in Canada

Sarah’s unique ability to intuitively feel into each of her clients’ individual needs, allows her to help her clients facilitate and
receive the exact healing they need for their highest & greatest good, leaving each one feeling pampered and renewed.
Sarah’s passion for healing and helping others is only matched by her love for her two, now adult children, her family, friends and of course crystals! Sarah is the owner of Crystal Lotus Creations. Her beautiful, hand-crafted jewelry, sun catchers, malas and more are all created with love and infused with healing, Reiki energy. Nicola also teaches yoga and is a Yoga Therapist (Y.T.) meaning her training is undertaken by Dr.s.
Nicola found yoga in high school, and has used that deep breathing all her life, and encourages that in her style of teaching, whether Yin/Yang, Mindful Vinyasa/Power Yoga or Meditation.
She is always grateful to hold the space.
