90 minute intake - $150 +HST

Must have completed one integrated assessment prior to moving onto integrated patterning sessions.

Integrated Patterning transforms your assessment findings into a personalized, restorative program designed to help your body move with more strength, freedom and control, working from the level of individual joints back to whole body movements. By retraining functional movement patterns we reduce stress on joints, improve efficiency and give you the tools to stay moving well - in daily life, sport and beyond.

45-60 minutes  $90-$115 +HST 

 We ask that you please complete 1 integrated assessment before booking in for an integrated patterning session as the assessment becomes our guiding metric through which we will track progress.
